The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is England's independent health and adult social care regulator. The CQC monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they meet standards of quality and safety and publish these findings, including performance ratings to help people choose care.
The CQC has developed a feedback form to help them understand more about the quality and safety of local health and care services in the North East. We would like to ask organisations for your support to gather evidence and intelligence about health and care services in your area used by the people who you support.
You can download the form here. You can also encourage individuals to share their experiences of care here or by ringing 03000 616161.
